SB 2003  MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO MATCH           ECD, WAM
        FEDERAL FUNDS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF 
        MANUFACTURING EXTENSION PROGRAMS
        Appropriates $200,000 to match federal funds for
        manufacturing extension programs.

SB 2501  RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL        ECD, WAM
        PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST 
        INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
        Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue
        bonds to assist an industrial enterprise.

SB 2290  MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PRO BOWL       ECD, WAM
        EXPENSES

 
        Makes and appropriation for Pro Bowl expenses.

SB 2002  MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AGRICULTURAL    ECD, WAM
        RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
        Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general revenues for
        fiscal year 2000-2001 for agricultural research and
        development to be performed by the Hawaii Agricultural
        Research Center.

        RESEARCH
        Appropriates funds for pineapple research.

SB 2007  MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AGRICULTURAL    ECD, WAM
        RESEARCH
        Appropriates funds for research to control heart rot
        of coconut palms.

SB 2008  RELATING TO AGRICULTURE                    ECD, WAM
        Establishes a credit against income tax liability for
        taxpayers who install agricultural water storage
        facilities.

SB 2022  MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE            ECD, WAM
        AGRICULTURAL LOAN PROGRAM
        Appropriation to expand the agricultural loan program.

        REVENUE BONDS FOR PROCESSING ENTERPRISES
        Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue
        bonds to assist the coffee industry in planning and
        building a processing plant for freeze dried coffee.

        Special purpose revenue bonds for Hawaii Taro Company.

        ORGANIC AGRICULTURE
        Appropriates a blank amount for fiscal year 2000-2001
        to enable the Hawaii organic farmers association to

 
 
 
 
        develop local and oversees markets for Hawaii grown
        organic produce.
